+ Where are your cookies baked and decorated?

All cookies are baked and decorated in my licensed residential kitchen located in Groveland, MA.

+ What flavor are your cookies and icing?

Cookies are baked using my signature Brown Sugar Vanilla recipe and topped with Vanilla royal icing. I do not currently offer any recipe variations.

+ Are your cookies allergen free?

No.

Cookies contain dairy, egg, and wheat and may contain traces of nuts, tree nuts, or other allergens. Some cookie designs may also use sprinkles and edible glitter. Cookies are produced on equipment that processes allergens. Please make me aware of any allergies when placing your order.

+ How long will the cookies stay fresh?

Cookies will stay fresh for up to two weeks when stored airtight at room temperature, but are best eaten within one week of pick up. Cookies may stay fresh longer than two weeks, however I would not recommend purchasing that far in advance for your special occasion.

+ Can I freeze my cookies?

Yes! Cookies can be frozen for up to six months. Please feel free to request freezing/defrosting directions on an as needed basis.

+ Do you offer gluten free cookies?

No, I do not offer gluten-free cookies.

+ How much lead time do you require for orders?

Currently I am only booking a limited number of custom orders 1-2 months out from the event date. My website will always notate if I am accepting orders at any given time. However, you can always contact me for an order inquiry and if I happen to be available last minute, you are in luck! Please note...should I be able to take a last minute order a rush fee will be applied for any order within two weeks of the event date.

+ How much do your cookies cost?

Cookies average $8 to $10 and depend on size, intricacy and use of specialized ingredients. I will always work to make sure an order can fit your budget if needed.

+ Can you mix and match differently priced cookies in one order?

Absolutely! That's the beauty of my pricing structure. You can order one or two showstopper cookies and pair them with less ornate cookies to fit your budget and your tastebuds.

+ Do you ship cookies?

No, I do not ship cookies. Per Massachusetts state law, all orders are for local pick-up only. Local area delivery may be possible for an additional fee and subject to availability.

+ How do you design a custom order?

My favorite orders are those where I receive creative license from my customers. It is an honor to be trusted with the design elements. Invitations, a color theme, location theme, etc. are always helpful to design a set you will love and enjoy.

+ Do you make replica cookie orders?

I prefer to create my own cookie sets. If you have a theme or specific design request, you can let me know in your order inquiry, however please do not send images of another cookier's work.

+ Do you make licensed character cookies?

No. Most characters are copyrighted or trademarked images and cannot be used without permission. Beginning in 2023, I will not be taking any character or character-inspired requests.

+ Do you make logo cookies?

Yes! When given permission by an organization or business, I can absolutely create beautiful logo cookie creations.
